Platform updates: insights and exchange
The event is aimed at travel advisors and industry partners, offering a compact overview of workflows in travel planning and configuration—from initial selection to offer creation. This includes the redesigned B2B platform for travel agencies, which serves as a central entry point and bundles all relevant planning tools on a single landing page to reduce technical complexity in the sales process. A key focus will also be the conversational AI assistant “JAI,” built on the company’s proprietary OdyssAI operating system and specifically developed for brick-and-mortar and hybrid travel distribution.
Lisa Gerbens, Deputy Managing Director of WORLDIA Germany, comments: “We want to bring travel professionals together in an open format and provide insights into how we work and how our platform continues to evolve. We look forward to feedback and direct exchange with our partners and clients. Hosting this brunch together with Cinnamood is the perfect way to round off the morning.”
Lisa Zips, owner of CINNAMOOD Berlin Friedrichshain, adds: “We are delighted to partner with WORLDIA and to support the travel industry’s exchange at ITB with our signature Cinnamoods. During ITB, we’re also offering a special treat in our Friedrichshain store: customers who purchase a box of four and mention the code ‘WORLDIA’ will receive an additional cinnamon roll free of charge.”
Ticket winners on site
Around ITB, WORLDIA will also welcome the ten winners of its ITB ticket giveaway. The promotion was aimed at travel advisors, offering participants the chance to win a day ticket to the trade fair. Winners will be welcomed on site, with the opportunity to meet the team in person and learn more about the platform and its latest developments.
Registration for the brunch is open until 1 March via this link.
