Worldia launches Southeast Asia sales campaign

Incentive campaign for travel advisors includes Qatar Airways ticket giveaway, added customer benefits for Thailand and the Philippines, and double loyalty points

In the first quarter of 2026, Worldia is driving additional momentum in travel agency sales by combining booking incentives for travel advisors with added value for end customers. At the core of the campaign is a prize draw for travel professionals: advisors who book a Southeast Asia trip through Worldia by 31 March 2026 will automatically be entered into a draw to win two Qatar Airways tickets to Japan. The campaign targets both brick-and-mortar and mobile travel distribution and aims to highlight long-haul travel products—where travel agencies can best demonstrate their strengths, from routing to assembling customized travel components.

“In Southeast Asia in particular, customer satisfaction often depends on details such as well-planned itineraries, the right hotel location, reliable transfers, and well-matched activities. Travel agencies invest significant advisory effort here—and we want to actively support this during the campaign period,” says Lisa Gerbens, Deputy Managing Director of Worldia Germany. With every qualifying booking, travel advisors automatically receive one entry into the prize draw. Multiple bookings increase the number of entries and, accordingly, the chances of winning.

Added-value perks for Thailand & the Philippines

Alongside the incentive campaign, Worldia is offering additional inclusions designed to provide tangible added value for end customers. For bookings of at least four nights, travelers receive a complimentary experience as part of their itinerary.

For Thailand bookings, this includes a day trip from Bangkok combining two iconic market experiences: the Maeklong Railway Market—where vendors set up directly along the train tracks—and the Damnoen Saduak floating market, typically explored by boat and known for its vibrant trading on the water.

For the Philippines, the added benefit is a boat tour in El Nido (Palawan), taking travelers through the island and lagoon landscapes of Bacuit Bay, with several stops at beaches and lagoons. Travel advisors can access a dedicated reel with campaign details via ViralSpoon and on Worldia’s Facebook page, which can be shared across social media or directly with clients.

Double points in the Worldia Club

For travel agencies, the campaign is further enhanced by a loyalty component: bookings to Thailand and the Philippines earn double points in the Worldia Club during the promotional period.

This approach is designed to drive conversions not only through the short-term incentive of the prize draw but also through longer-term rewards within the loyalty system. The Worldia Club is a bonus program for travel agencies, allowing points earned from bookings to be redeemed flexibly for rewards after the respective customer trip has been completed.

In line with the campaign, Worldia will host a dedicated masterclass on 11 February. Registration is available here.
