(Hamburg / Bonn / Kiel, 12.01.2021) Abenteuer für echte Kerle: Mit einer einzigartigen Reise vor die Lofoten startet KITICON Global Networks die Zusammenarbeit mit dem bekannten Koch, Surfer, Fotograf und Weltenbummler Brian Bojsen. Der dänische Abenteurer hat dank seiner lässigen Auftritte in der ZDF-Sendung „Küchenschlacht“ und weiteren TV-Formaten eine große Fangemeinschaft in Deutschland gewonnen. Nun teilt er auf ausgewählten Reisen seine persönlichen Erfahrungen im Fischen und Jagen mit kleinen Gästegruppen. Verantwortlich für die Erstellung und den Verkauf der actiongeladenen Trips mit Brian Bojsen ist die Generalagentur Passage-Kontor Kapitän P. Henssel. Inhaberin Bettina Zwickler und ihr Team bietet diese und weitere Reisen des Dänen exklusiv an. Tina Kirfel, Geschäftsführerin KITICON Global Networks, verantwortet das Marketing und die Kommunikation.

Saltstraumen vor den Lofoten ist der Schauplatz des neuen Reiseprodukts und mit dem stärksten Malstrom der Welt, der ideale Abenteuerspielplatz für erlebnishungrige Urlauber. Brian Bojsen nimmt sie mit vor die norwegische Inselgruppe und zeigt ihnen dort die besten Spots, um bei Wind und Wetter gewaltige Seelachse, Kabeljau oder Heilbutt zu fischen. Danach erklärt der vielseitige Däne den Gästen, wie die Tiere fachmännisch ausgenommen und gesäubert werden, bevor der frische Fang von ihm höchstpersönlich am Grill zubereitet wird. Nach einem langen Outdoor-Tag tanken die bis zu 16 Reisenden in zwei voll ausgestatteten Appartements mit atemberaubenden Meerblick Kraft für den nächsten abenteuergeladenen Tag.

Die Reisen finden zwischen dem 8. April und 3. Mai 2021 mit wahlweise drei oder vier Übernachtungen statt. Sie enthalten neben der Unterbringung auch die komplette Verpflegung, eine VIP Outdoor Cooking Session mit Brian Bojsen sowie Bootsausflüge unter fachkundiger Anleitung und mit hochwertiger Angelausrüstung. Personal – Sustainable – Innovative: How Companies Attract Tomorrow's Skilled Workers at ‘Karriere Kick’

On 15 July 2026, the organiser of the ‘Karriere Kick’ career fair, KITICON GmbH & Co. KG, invites visitors to the Telekom Dome in Bonn from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Students and training representatives will compete against each other at the foosball table, striking up conversations in a playful way – an easy way for companies to get to know the skilled workers of tomorrow.

Demonstrate Soft Skills, Discover Talents

The students are randomly assigned to different teams with training representatives via their smartphones. Each round lasts two to three minutes, followed by brief discussions about training and career opportunities.

This creates an initial personal exchange in which students can demonstrate their strengths, team spirit and motivation. Even shy young people can engage in conversation here without feeling pressured. The event offers companies the opportunity to discover talent at an early stage and to inspire them to apply for apprenticeships through personal interaction.

The Challenge: The mobile communications market is constantly changing: new technologies, digital services and increasing competition required MOTION TM to have a strong, recognisable presence. At the same time, the brand had to become flexible enough to serve modular and digital applications across all channels and clearly differentiate itself as an agile, innovative partner.

Approach: We started with a comprehensive analysis of the brand, competition and objectives in order to clearly define the core values of MOTION TM. Based on this, we developed a leitmotif centred on movement, communication and customer relations as a guideline for a corporate design that is modern, dynamic and recognisable. The logo, colours, typography and imagery were designed to convey speed, energy and customer proximity. All elements were bundled in a flexible style guide and implemented across all relevant channels – from business stationery and advertising materials to digital platforms – to create a sustainable, consistent brand image that conveys a sense of dynamic energy.

Result: MOTION TM's new brand identity shows how consistent, dynamic design can change the perception of a brand: it makes the philosophy ‘success means movement’ visible and strengthens recognition.
